Any personal information provided or to be gathered by “KlikAktiv.org” is controlled by the NGO KlikAktiv – A Center for Development of Social Policies.


COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT SUPPORTERS

The information we gather from supporters helps us to fulfill your requests and continually improve your experience at KlikAktiv.org.

We use the information to deliver publications, process donations, communicate with you about donations, update our records, and generally maintain your contact details and communication records held in our database.

NGO KlikAktiv, who is controller of KlikAktiv.org, maintains its headquarters in Serbia, but the KlikAktiv network events/services/donations are addressed to consignees internationally. As a result, personal data may be transferred to a third party or international organization, in particular to KlikAktiv partner offices, outside of Serbia. The base of lawfulness of such a transfer is in agreement between NGO KlikAktiv and third parties.

NGO KlikAktiv will never sell personal information and will only share with contracted third parties acting as an agent on our behalf. These third parties may control your personal data for the purpose of processing and communication (i.e. NGO KlikAktiv may share your data with an KlikAktiv's partner office in other countries that are responsible for a project or action in which you’ve expressed interest for the purpose of communicating with you further.)


EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

We receive and store your email address when you fill in one of our online forms and also if you subscribe to our journals we may offer.

Email addresses are never divulged by KlikAktiv to other organizations and are only shared with contracted third parties if required by law or if acting on our behalf. DONATIONS

Donations are used to support KlikAktiv's activities and are put to work to help the people in need. KlikAktiv endeavors to make the best use of your donation which means that at least ninety (90) percent of your donation is used for direct humanitarian services.


INFORMATION FROM OTHER SOURCES

Examples of information we receive from other sources include updated delivery and address information from our carriers which we use to correct our records and deliver your next communication more easily.
